The Helpline is a national free service that helps meet the needs of young women who are pregnant. The website provides access to information and answer to questions and provides access to a toll-free helpline to meet the needs of those with unexpected pregnancies.

America’s Pregnancy Helpline no longer exists an organization; this site has been left up so that individuals who have linked to it do not experience error messages. The calls from this site are no longer fielded by the American Pregnancy Association. Calls from this site are handled by the OptionLine which may be reached toll-free to 1-866-942-6466 to speak with someone 24 hours a day seven days a week.

The Helpline is a life-affirming site that does not make referrals to abortion providers. It is our that women should have access to information and support in a non-judgmental and caring fashion.
